About Me

Let me share a bit of my story with you, one that may be similar to yours in some ways—filled with ups and downs and plenty of learning moments along the way.

There was a time when I was the last one out of the office every night, always on my phone and constantly juggling work tasks. On paper, I was a top performer, but I was missing out on something crucial—time with my family. My wake-up call came decades ago during a simple, everyday conversation with my nine-year-old son. When I asked him what he wanted for his birthday, his reply stopped me in my tracks: “For you to turn your phone off.” That hit hard. It made me realize that my success was costing me precious moments with the people I loved most.

That day, I started to shift my focus. I began working not just harder but smarter. I developed a system that allowed me to achieve more by doing less, aligning my work with my personal life, and setting specific, achievable goals. This wasn’t an overnight change but a gradual transformation that helped me build a successful training and speaking business without sacrificing my well-being or family time.

Now, as a former engineer and top sales leader turned speaker, I want to share these lessons with you. My approach, which uses what I call the Get Sticky™ Mindset, is all about sticking to your goals while ensuring you don’t lose sight of what truly matters—your health, your joy, and your loved ones. It’s about making sure you can achieve your dreams without burning out.
